By downloading or using Fibermaxxing ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Fibermaxxing is an AI-powered fiber diet coaching app. It provides information about dietary fiber content, analyzes food photos, and offers personalized suggestions based on your preferences.

Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Fibermaxxing is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions.

Fiber content estimates from photo analysis are AI-generated approximations and may not be fully accurate. Do not rely solely on the App for dietary decisions.

Subscriptions

• The App offers a free tier with limited messages and optional auto-renewable subscriptions
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings

User Conduct

You agree to use the App for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or exploit the App or its AI services.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Futuron Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

Futuron Inc is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, dietary decisions, or inaccurate fiber content estimates. Use the App at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
